     - "концепция, утверждающая, что оптимальное решение есть функция факторов среды в самой организации (внутренние переменные) и в окружающей среде (внешние переменные). В данном подходе сделана попытка интегрировать отдельные аспекты исторически предшествующих школ управления путем сочетания определенных приемов. Концепция управления в конкретных ситуациях для более эффективного достижения целей организации. Известен под названием ""конкретный подход""."
